The aim of lean administration is to create efficiently and stably functioning processes that enable to achieve high productivity, required quality and maximal efficiency of administrative activities in the specific process period. This workshop focuses on administrative processes, we will study their impact on the whole system interactively and most of all, we will learn how to identify wasting in administrative processes. Implementation of lean administration principles usually means a big change for every organisation. The change concerns mainly thinking of people. Even those organisations that have gained some experience with lean production implementation must be ready for greater or smaller resistance of workers.
