Did you pass through several trainings but things have still old common way of doing? Do your employees reject to suggest new solutions and techniques because they have proposed them several times and nothing changed? Did you try to realise a positive change but you did not finish it or you stopped somewhere in a half? Do your employees argue with words like “we have tried that several times and it was not successful to be launched into practice”?
People and companies realise with growing recognition clearly what is necessary to change to become successful in nowadays but same time the number of those who are able to realise these changes successfully is falling. That is a present time paradox. People perceive changes like something difficult, like something what can be managed only by a few of chosen. Instead of seeing in changes simplicity and swiftness. Same attitude people have in case of the project management. Quality literature gathering the newest knowledge from the field consists of more than 500 pages with information describing all possible situations, which a project manager can meet.
Although all these information are useful and beneficial, even their perfect understanding cannot guarantee efficient change realisation, until appropriate conditions are not available in a company. Not saying that efficient realisation of most projects can be based on few rules/standards, which are understandable and applicable for all employees no matter which position or education they have.
What are these rules/standards? Which kind of environment the management has to create to allow change fluent run and success? What does a project leader have to know and what is not necessary to know? That the entire course consists of.
Who is the course for
Companies, managers and entrepreneurs, whose goal is to raise change realisation efficiency, new product´s launch, new contract´s realisation, investments and etc. For all managers who do not want to manage all changes by themselves and who want to provide their employees with a space and effective tools for agreed result achieving. In addition, the course is intended for leading workers and employees who would like to standardise every day activities in their work. The most frequent participants are managers, leads, team leads, project managers (including potential), businesspersons, developers, or also process/industry engineers whose goal is to increase production performance.
