Employees and Efficiency
Do you think there is a plenty of space for efficiency raise in your company but there is no one who would like to launch into these activities? Can you hear from your colleagues permanently how it could be done differently than now? However, when real actions are required, everyone is wordless? Are you tired you have to take care about everything by yourself only otherwise things are stuck? Why do not many employees behave responsibly and pro-actively? What do we have to change in ourselves and in a company to improve the situation?
The present is much more difficult in comparison with the past. The world economy is going from cycle to cycle much faster than it used to be in the past. Customer and Competitor´s behave is changing. That is why it is not easy to stay between tops and it is not easy to get to the top. Limited number of top managers who identify the direction and control operation activities is not enough today. If a company wants to be one of the leaders in a branch, it has to assign right people to key processes with right skills and capabilities. People who will be able to make right decisions and to improve processes independently.
One of the key parameter evaluated by a customer is the order flow speed through a company. The process belonged to the logistics part requires managing and coordination of many company departments and external partners. Who are people that can cover and manage the process? What kind of skills, knowledge, and capabilities they should have? How to select these people and to develop them?

In addition to the necessary theory, you will be introduced to good and bad practical examples. - To clarify how you can influence employee’s commitment (in your and other processes), what influence you have to his motivation and stimulation – which tools are effective and under which conditions (evaluation, remuneration etc.). and how to change the whole system step by step
- To map key knowledge and skills of employees, which cover order flow through a company. These knowledge and experience utilization for employee´s selection and training (examples of conditions for selection and training plan)
- To use some of basic tools for order company flow improvement
- To understand responsibility delegation principles to lower managerial lines, basics of the team work
- To raise educational efficiency of employees influencing order company flows, to set up processes leading to faster and sustainable development of these employees, including measurable benefits for a company
