Effective Logistics through Communication II -or Logisticians and Non-logisticians at One Table
A significant competitive advantage of production and trade companies is effectively running logistics. It is conditioned by the ability to discuss the right things, willingness to understand throughout individual company divisions and react collectively in the right way. Mastering theoretical basis is a vital condition for logistics to become the art and science of getting the right product, at the right time, to the right place, at minimum cost in the complete logistic chain.
This course will teach you the elementary principles and modern conceptions of current logistics that are necessary for further company process development and supply chain.
The course creates space for recapitulation and verification of knowledge and skills for practising logisticians, but it mainly opens opportunities to make logistic project management more effective thanks to participation of other company divisions (economy, trade etc.) and search for complex solutions.
Who is the course for?
It is designed for current as well as “preparing” logisticians and further for all interested people who want to understand the significance of logistics for a company and those who want to make use of logistics principles in their positions. Last but not least it is for those who aspire for diploma acquisition at the Logistics Academy.
